NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING MAVERIK, INC. 

LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

     On Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. as a part of a special meeting, the Raton City Commission will hold a public hearing on the application submitted by Maverik, Inc. dba Maverik Store, 185 S. State Street, Suite 1300, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 for Transfer of Ownership and Location of Dispenser Liquor License No. 0873 with Package Sales only for the licensed premises located at South Second and I-25m, Raton, NM. The meeting will be held in the City Commission Room in the Municipal Building located at 224 Savage Avenue, Raton, NM. Pursuant to Section 60-6B-4 NMSA of the Liquor Control Act, local governing body action is required for approval.
