The City of Raton has partnered with Vendor Registry to provide an online Vendor Registration System to help us better serve our vendors.  The system allows you to provide contact information and update details as to the products and services you provide.  This will enable the City of Raton and Vendor Registry to notify you of upcoming important bid or request for proposal opportunities.

Emergency Procurement methods (NMSA 1978, Section 13-1-127) may only be used when there exists a threat to public health, welfare, safety or property requiring procurement under emergency conditions.  No later than three business days after an emergency procurement, the City Treasurer/CPO or designee will post notice of an emergency procurement to this section of the City website.  The notice will remain posted for no less than 72 hours.

 Per NMSA 13-1-126.1, Sole Source contracts/purchases may not be made until after the City publicizes its intent to make the purchase for a period of 30 days.  Potential vendors may protest the sole source determination by contacting the City of Raton Treasurer within fifteen (15) calendar days of the posting date.  Protests must be in writing and a description of the product or service offered as an equivalent must be included.  Email responses should be sent to Michael Anne Antonucci, Treasurer/Chief Procurement Officer, at or by mail at P.O.
