  6. Raton MainStreet's ~ Safe Trick-Or-Treat ~

    October 31, 2018, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM @ 1st & 2nd Street of Downtown Raton

    Get that imagination working and put on the best costume you can dream up!! Not only is there candy being handed out by the participating local businesses, but there is a costume contest at Ripley Park with CASH prizes!! Provided by the Raton Police Officer Association. The prizes consist of Girls 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and Boys 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. 1st place wins $50. 2nd place wins $20. and 3rd place wins $10. Contest will be judged at Ripley Park prior to Trick-or-Treating. Glow items and water will be for sale at Ripley Park for $1. each. The Elks Club will also be giving out hotdogs and punch for a quick snack and energy boost in the mist of all the holiday excitement! This event is sponsored by Raton MainStreet, Raton Police Officer Association, Raton Elks Lodge #865, Sonic and Enchanted Grounds.
