Use of the Facility


To rent the Convention Center, you must get prior date approval from the City of Raton. A use agreement must be completed and turned in at City Hall. You will also want to review the Rules and Regulations for important information pertaining to the rental agreement.

All groups shall remit a reservation fee which is due at time of booking and is non-refundable.

All events wishing to serve alcohol will be charged an additional $250. fee and will be required to have Police Security per the Governmental Liquor License. City of Raton.

Discounts


City of Raton employees receive a 10% discount off of the rental fee; full deposits are still required. Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount off rental fee; full deposits are still required
