Use of the Facility

To rent the Convention Center, you must get prior date approval from the Convention Center Director, Sandy Lucero. A use agreement must be completed and turned in at City Hall. You will also want to review the Rules and Regulations for important information pertaining to the rental agreement.

All groups shall remit a reservation fee which is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. The reservation fee will be applied to the rental fee. The alcohol related events feel is an additional $250.

All events involving alcohol must have Police Security. A Special Dispenser's Permit is required to serve alcohol from a licensed vendor and may be obtained from the NM Alcohol & Gaming Division for a $25 fee and a $10 fee due to the City of Raton for processing. City of Raton employees receive a 10% discount off of the rental fee; full deposits are still required. Nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount off rental fee; full deposits are still required
